Step Two

Submit your credit certificate

Open the Caddie Creds app on your phone (iOS or Android) or log in on the web. Tap "Submit Credits" and either take a photo of your credit certificate or upload a PDF — it takes under 60 seconds.

Our system reads the credit value, the issuing course, and the expiry date automatically. You'll get a confirmation notification once your submission is received.

Step Three

Credits verified & converted to points

Our verification team reviews your submission — typically within 24 hours. We confirm the credit value with the issuing pro shop, then convert it to Caddie Creds points. Pro members receive a full 1:1 conversion; free members receive 60% of the credit value as points.

Points are added to your wallet immediately after verification. Pro points never expire while your subscription is active. Free plan points expire 90 days after verification. Points are non-transferrable.

How long does verification take? +
Most submissions are verified within 24 hours on business days. Pro subscribers get priority verification and are typically approved within a few hours.
What if my credits have already expired? +
Unfortunately we can only process credits that are still valid at the time of submission. Once expired, the issuing pro shop is unable to honor them. We recommend submitting within days of winning.
Does my course need to be signed up or partnered? +
Yes — Caddie Creds works with any pro shop credit certificate, regardless of which course issued it. We don't require courses to sign up or partner with us. If you have a valid credit certificate, we can process it.
What is the conversion rate for points? +
Pro members get a full 1:1 ratio — $1 in pro shop credit equals 1 Caddie Creds point, equal to $1 of purchasing power. Free members receive 60% of the credit value (e.g. a $100 credit becomes 60 points). Upgrading to Pro unlocks the full conversion rate.
Can I use points with a payment card? +
Yes. At checkout you can apply any number of points toward your order and cover the remaining balance with a credit or debit card. You're never forced to use all your points at once.
Do points ever expire? +
It depends on your plan. Pro members' points never expire while their subscription is active — if you cancel, points expire 90 days after your last billing date. Free plan points expire 90 days after they are verified. Points are non-transferrable on all plans.
